20 I control My hunger Affirmations!
My hunger is not the boss of me.
I am in control over my feelings of hunger.
I make the decisions, not my stomach.
I know when I am full and to stop eating.
I will not overeat.
I will always serve myself proper portions.
I will resist snacking when I am bored.
I know when I am truly hungry versus when I am eating my emotions.
I only eat when I am truly hungry.
I am only hungry when it is time for me to eat a meal.
I pay attention to each bite I put in my mouth.
I am not tempted to eat food when I am not hungry.
I do not give into the demands of my emotions that crave food for comfort.
I am the only one who gets to decide when and what I eat.
I control all aspect of my body, including hunger.
No one can force me to eat when I am not hungry.
I have plenty to eat, and I do not need to operate in a scarcity mindset.
It is easy for me to say no to food.
I don’t need a second portion.
I know when to stop eating.
