Crispy from outside creamy from from inside, a healthy baked fries recipe.

– 2 medium avocado – 1⁄2 cup almond meal – 5 T finely grated parmesan – 1 tsp garlic powder – 2 tsp Italian seasoning – 1 egg – 2 tsp water

Ingredients
Peel and cut each avocados in equal edges while you preheat the oven at 400F/200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, mix almond meal, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Coat each avocado wedges with eggs and then parmesan breading mixture.
Bake for 6 minutes. Gently flip over the wedges and bake for another 6 minutes or until golden brown
While fries are cooling, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve avocado fries alongside the garlic dipping sauce. Enjoy!
