It's time to serve your family a healthy and scrumptious dinner cooked in a single pan loaded with nutrients minus the frying as in traditional egg rolls.

You'll need... – 1  lb spicy bulk pork sausage – 1⁄4 cup water – 3 cups green cabbage (shredded) – 1 medium carrot (shredded) – 1⁄2 t garlic powder – 2 T toasted sesame oil – 1⁄2 T fresh ginger (finely minced) contd...

You'll need... – 2 T green onions (chopped) – 1 T rice vinegar – 2 T coconut aminos or tamari or lite soya sauce – Sea salt and black pepper – 1 T toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Step 1 Heat a large high-sided skillet over medium high heat. Add sausages.

Step 2 Cook, breaking the meat into small pieces as it cooks, for approximately 5-6 minutes.

Step 3 Cook till the sausage is well done, and remove from the pan. Clean the excess grease completely.

Step 4 Return the skillet to heat and pour some water to scrape the brown bits.

Step 5 Add sesame oil, cabbage, carrots, garlic powder, ginger and green onions.

Step 6 Add salt and pepper to taste and stir fry on high heat until the vegetables wilts slightly.

Step 7 Add rice vinegar, tamari, and cooked sausage. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 8 Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and serve immediately.
