Ingredients

  • 4oz/120gms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2oz/50gms Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse into a smooth mixture.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Dredge each balls with coconut flakes.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
