This kale smoothie is not a thick smoothie which we are mostly used with, this will more feel like a juice. You'll be amazed how amazing this kale smoothie actually tastes it even exceeded my expectations.
I am big on detox drinks especially during after the holiday season, which usually involves feasts after feasts! This time a kale smoothie was on my agenda but I did not want to add banana or any kind of dairy in it. This combination of Kale, Lime, Spinach, Apple, Ginger and Coconut water is just perfect. Try it for yourself and I am sure you will be delighted.

- Kiwi
- Honey
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mango juice
P.S. I use curly kale, but Lacinato, or even baby kale will work. Tear the kale leaves from the thick inner stems before adding to the your smoothie.
I recommend adding few ice cubes, even though I like it without ice but some ice cubes are welcome.
In case you don't have fresh kale feel free to add frozen kale. Fresh kale is recommended though for best results.
