If you are scared to cook fish and think you are going to spoil the entire dish, then this recipe is for you. You can’t go wrong with this recipe and it is a complete beginner friendly recipe which will surely get attention and accolades for you cooking skills.

This recipe asks for only two steps primarily, i.e. boil the noodles and pan sear the fish fillets then serve that’s it. The simple sauce of sesame seeds, soy sauce and rice vinegar will take care of the rest.

This recipe is healthy, you can make it one pan and serve it as if you ordered sea food from some fancy restaurant!

NOTE: I have used Chilean Sea Bass in this recipe which was damn expensive, almost $30 per pound. In case you find this fish to be too expensive then feel free to replace it with haddock, cod, or any type of white meaty fish. The recipe instructions remains the same.

  • I have used regular soy sauce in this recipe, you may choose to use low sodium instead.
  • Let the sea bass sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking it. Otherwise, if the fish is too cold, it will cook unevenly.
  • If you are allergic to soy then use coconut aminos instead which tastes just like soy.
