Asian Scrambled Eggs

With a simple twist you can make your regular scrambles much more fancier and of course delicious. This recipe also uses an easy trick to cook your scrambles which gives them a unique texture.

Scrambled anything are my favorite goto low carb breakfast, because they are extremely easy and quick to make also with slight improvisations brings about a whole lot difference to the taste and flavours.

This recipe is one of my favorite scramble recipe because the Asian spin with just few drops of soya sauce and few more ingredients.

NOTE: This recipe is diabetic friendly, as we are going to serve โ€™em with keto breads.

Serve โ€™em with few slices of avocados, and keto bread toasts which balances the macro perfectly for keto diet.

How to make Asian Scrambled Eggs

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 eggs
  • soy sauce, few drops
  • handful coriander,chopped
  • 1โ„4ย avocado
  • 1โ„2ย tsp. black sesameseeds, to serve

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  1. Separate the eggs yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the soy sauce and chopped coriander.
  2. On dry, non-stick pan fry the egg whites until almost done. Take off the heat and add in the egg yolks, stirring well for about half a minute.
  3. Serve sprinkled with black sesame seeds, additional coriander (optional) and avocado on the side.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Soy sauce, few drops

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp. black sesame seeds to serve

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the soy sauce and chopped coriander.
