Mint Berry Summer Sangria is a fun and festive drink to enjoy all summer long. It is perfect to enjoy at picnics, BBQ’s, a day at the beach, an evening around the fire pit and/or showers and luncheons. This drink is perfect any time you want something light and easy to drink. By varying the fruit and wine combinations you use, you will end up with totally different flavor profiles. Be sure to prepare ahead and let chill. The longer it sits and chills, the more intense the flavor. Add the sparkling water just prior to serving.
